🌙 These are digital art pieces, therefore no physical copy will be shipped.🌙 The commission will not be started until it is paid in full via PayPal.🌙 The commissioner may use the commissioned piece for personal use.🌙 The commissioner may NOT use the commissioned work for commercial purposes nor profit off the art. Included but not limited to merchandise, NFTs, reselling etc.🌙 The commissioner may repost the commissioned piece as long as credit is given to the artist and the commissioner does not claim to be the artist.🌙 The commissioner may NOT use the commissioned piece for AI art or any replication data bases.🌙 The artist may use the commissioned pieces as examples or in a portfolio. Unless previously discussed agreement between the artist and commissioner.🌙 The price for the commission may increase based on the subject and complexity of the commission.🌙 The artist has the right to decline a commission for any reason. Some examples include subject matter and the commissioner’s treatment of the artist.🌙 The artist may use commissioned pieces as examples or in a portfolio.🌙 In the event a refund is needed, one may be provided based on the amount of work the artist has already done for the piece. For example, if the artist is halfway done with the piece, only half of the commissioner’s money will be refunded.🌙 If a situation occurs that leaves the artist unable to complete or provide service a refund can also be given.
